CANCEL AND REFUND POLICY

For reservations made and paid for, more than two weeks prior to the date of service, client can receive a refund of the charter/shuttle/tour price, as well as gratuity (if included in payment), providing that the client cancels at least 2 weeks prior to the date of service. There will be no refund of the 3.5% credit card fee, if client pays by credit/debit card. Refund will be issued in the same manner as payment was made. If paid by check, a check will be written and mailed to client. If paid by credit card, then a credit will be issued to the same card.


For reservations made and paid for less than two weeks prior to date of service, client can receive a partial refund of the charter/shuttle/tour price, as well as a gratuity (if included in payment), provided that the client cancels at least 7 days prior to the date of service. There will be no refund of the 3.5% credit card fee, if the client pays by credit/debit card. A refund will be issued in the same manner as payment was made. If paid by check, a check will be written and mailed to the client. If paid by credit card, then credit will be issued to the same card.


For reservations made and paid for less than one week prior to date of service, and client wants/needs to cancel, the client will not receive a refund of the charter/shuttle/tour price, or 3.5% credit card fee. However, if a gratuity was included in the payment, VIP will refund the amount of the gratuity only. There are no exceptions!


VIP Tours Charters and Limo does understand and is empathetic and sympathetic to our clients that need to cancel because of circumstances beyond their control, emergencies or otherwise. We are compassionate and fair. However, we will have, in most cases, turned business down because the vehicle the potential client wanted/needed to book, was already booked by the client (you). Therefore, we would be very unlikely to rebook that vehicle to anyone else, and consequently be a total loss for us. 


However, if VIP is able to rebook the vehicle for the same price and for the same amount of time that the client booked and paid for, VIP will refund the full payment for service and gratuity (if one was included with payment), but will not refund the 3.5% credit card fee, if paid by credit/debit card. . Refund will be issued in the same manner as payment was made. If paid by check, a check will be written and mailed to the client. If paid by credit card, then credit will be issued to the same card.
